If you are not happy with our services or have any complaint then you must tell us by email message to support@sr2.uk, or by telephone to +44 1224 900 202.
We will respond within 3 working days and attempt to resolve this promptly, however in case a dispute is not settled as set out above, we hope you will agree to attempt to resolve it by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation or arbitration.
To make a complaint related to any matter pertaining to Data Protection please contact the Information Commissioner's Office as detailed here.
